What are you going to experience in this program?

• getting to know the light microscope and how it works
• observation of interesting and diverse samples under the microscope
• matching the sample under the microscope to the photo of the real object in "micro-quiz"
• constructing a self-made "bastloscope" from a mobile phone and an optical lens

Educational objectives of the program

• participants will assemble their own observation sample
• work independently with a light microscope – they get to know its parts and find out how they are used
• use a mobile phone with a lens to explore the world around
