Test your ingenuity in solving encoded messages - alone or in groups. You have a choice between a free and a time-clock mode. In the free mode you select one of the encoded messages and try to solve it for as long as you want. In the time-clock mode you will have a limited time for the task. The idea behind encoding is to transmit a message between sender and receiver so that nobody unauthorised is able to read it even if they manage to intercept it. In encoding the most important role is played by the key, which is used both in encoding and decoding. Contemporary encoding methods are designed so that decoding the message without knowing the key would take thousands of years even for the most powerful computers.
