Switch the lights and watch the image change
Using the buttons, gradually switch the color of the light and observe the changes in the image.
In white light you can see all the colours in the image. Monochromatic light reveals only the parts of the image that match its colour. For example, red light reveals only the red parts of the image. Monochromatic light is absorbed by the other colours, so you cannot see them. Colour filters work in a similar way.
RGB Image (Red, Green, Blue) demonstrates selective reflection of light: monochromatic light reveals only motifs of the same colour, while the others disappear due to absorption.
